Request to become a data contributing Member of IRABR
 
The IRA thanks you for considering joining the IRABR. Please do consider the following, before sending in your request:
 
You should join the IRABR if:
1) You are a rheumatologist using biologic agents in India
2) You would be willing to share information regarding your patients on biologics with the IRABR, on a regular basis
3) You would report follow up data and particularly data regarding any toxicity or side-effects, rapidly
4) You would try to ensure that patients you enter onto the Registry have not already been entered (by another rheumatologist)
 
If you wish to proceed with your request, please fill out the details requested below and submit; you will be sent a user name and password if your request is accepted. You are urged to change your password, after your first visit to the Registry. Please note that the IRABR reserves the right to deny a request, without ascribing any reason;
